INDICATION
Fucyn Cream 2% 15g is indicated for the topical treatment of primary and secondary skin infections caused by susceptible organisms, particularly Staphylococcus aureus. MECHANISM OF ACTION

This halts the addition of amino acids to the growing polypeptide chain, stopping bacterial growth and allowing the immune system to clear the infection. Fusidic acid has excellent penetration through intact and damaged skin, making it highly effective for topical use. It is primarily active against gram-positive organisms, especially Staphylococcus aureus including many methicillin-resistant strains.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area two to three times daily
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Gently rub into the skin
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Treatment duration is typically 7 to 14 days
